London, UK, Jan. 21, 2021 - Learning technology platform EdApp, supplier of mobile learning solutions to Mercedes-Benz, Shell and the United Nations, has today released a free set of wellness courses for UK workers battling another lockdown.
The courses have been created in response to a growing mental health crisis across the UK workforce. A January survey by Public Health England found that 49% of respondents felt current conditions were affecting their mental health and wellbeing.
Created in partnership with world-class experts and are completely free to access, through the EdApp Public Course Library, this Lockdown Care Package includes such content as:
- Lockdown Survival Guide: Learn how to set routines, recognize stress, manage wellbeing and practice mindfulness.
- Living A Resilient Life: Learn what resilience is, how to build it and how you can use it to manage emotions and overcome adversity.
- Food and Mood: Learn how what we eat affects your mood and how to positively impact your mood with the right foods.
The courses are built in EdApp’s unique microlearning format, which can easily be taken using a mobile app from the app store. Each lesson is broken down into 5-minute bites of information which learners can take in their own time.
“We know just how challenging yet another nationwide lockdown can be for everyone right across the UK. This collection of courses is our contribution to helping make that time slightly more manageable for everyone,” explained EdApp Founder and CEO Darren Winterford.
Organizations can deploy the courses to their teams by signing up for a free account and inviting their teams to join. They can also edit and customise the courses and add their own branding before rolling them out.
