PINSENT MASONS CONFIRMS NEW LANDMARK LONDON OFFICES

Pinsent Masons will be moving into the recently completed 30 Crown Place, EC2 which is an architecturally-striking 16 storey new landmark building and will become the firms new London base in early 2011. Comprising 197,000 sq ft, it will be the largest in Pinsent Masons international network of offices.

Pinsent Masons has been searching for a prominent City base for its 600 London-based staff and operations for three years. With its highly-accessible location, the move to 30 Crown Place, scheduled for early 2011, will have increased client space and meeting rooms and contain all of the firms London lawyers and facilities under one roof. The move will also enable the firm to deliver on its strategic business goals of becoming a law firm of truly international reach, offering world-class service and excellent value.

30 Crown Place is a landmark tower development by Greycoat, boasting a 360 degree panorama of the London skyline. The 16 storey building was designed by Horden Cherry Lee architects and constructed by Skanska. Pinsent Masons were advised by Savills. Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE advised Greycoat.
