Recycle your old bras at Xmas

With lingerie being one of the most popular gifts at Xmas there's going to be lots of old bras lying around after the celebrations.

Don't throw them away! Donate them to the BreastTalk.co.uk Bra Appeal.

The appeal has been running for nearly five years and has helped countless women in the UK and around the world and has also stopped many thousands of bras going to landfill.

Carol Tromans, owner of BreastTalk.co.uk says, "Over the last 5 years the bras we've collected have been distributed to homeless women in the UK, used by guide groups to teach young girls about bras and many students have taken our bras abroad and distributed them in poorer countries."

"This year we've been using a lot of the bras we collect to raise money for Breast Cancer Campaign in their fight against breast cancer. So far we have raised over £2000. We're hoping that we can raise a lot more in 2010."
